Hey, I can't figure how import a OSL script in houdini, drag and drop doesn't work !
Using Octane 2020 RC2

G. Host application version, including build number if available (i.e. 3ds Max 2016 Build 18.0)

Ah, sorry. Yes, true. Currently, you can't download these OSL textures directly in the Houdini plugin because it only supports material type liveDB nodes. I'll take a look at this limitation at some point, but meanwhile, you could open the liveDB OSL texture in the Standalone and copy/paste the OSL code into the plugin OSL VOP node, as you can see in the attached images.
