hey guys,
ive been playing with houdini on and off for the past year or two.
longterm plan is to be free from adobe and adsk.
ofcourse i was using the indie version and since it now has third party rendering support, my question is:
how well is the integration? can octane render the pyrofx and clouds volumes without problems?
are there any stumbling blocks?
appreciate any input really,
thanks

Hi!
Yes, the Houdini plugin can render volumetrics from OpenVDB files or from the internal Houdini volume primitives, like PiroFX.
You can download the demo version and test the integration and features. if you have any question, let me know
Thanks,
-Juanjo
