Exact, no way to do it!
I run 3dsmax 2016 whith an older version of Octane and 3dsmax 2017 whith V3, and i do my texture again comparing the two materials editor windows.
Long work, but its working....

Hi, i have exactly the same question since i have install the 3.02 - 3.17 version, all my old sceen and material are white.
I can open a matlibs (bibliotheque), but eatch time i put the material in the matereial navigator, it is white!

Hy everybody, i have try on two computers and i got the same thing: the scene is not in the octane viewport, like this:


There is a strange square instead of my sceen. (just a cube for that test).
Any idea please?

Par contre cela fonctionne.

Pour lancer l'octane view port, il faut obligatoirment être sur une vue 2d.
Ensuite, on active ...
