shadows aren`t saved in maya.. in standalone Octane its Ok

I have problem with shadows :(
When you use function Mate shadows turn black.
Look at the picture.

You probably know that, but you can /Modify/Convert/Smooth Mesh Preview to Polygons

The advantage I found is that in some cases it renders faster than the subdivision mode ("3"), but you can't come back to the basic mesh, unless you have history I guess.

As I see on your previous screenshots, you worked in Maya 2012 x64. But in your windows shell menu is registered Maya 2013 x64 (this version of Maya was started by windows on your computer when you choose "Render" from shell menu). You have entered your login-password for Octane for Maya 2012 x64 ...

Is it reproducable in this scene? If yes, I need the scene... As I can't reproduce these errors when texturing objects with your image - viewport and render both work well, and no errors in console and script editor...

I think maby its happenes because i have terrible topoloпy ...

I oppened the scene and hit render. PrinScreen shouted during render. I dont think that this error is greatly affects the rendering but its occurrence is alarming. :)
I have one scene in which objects are and I shaded them in it (objects scene). And I have another scene with lights and cameras ...

I need more detailed info about what you do when you get this message, and the message itself copied exactly how it is.
