What octane & houdini version are you on?
Could you check in your octane installation, if you can see the script folder?
Inside it should be an "octane_utils.py" file. If you don't see this, then please try installing a fresh version of octane.

I replaced the file, but unfortunately it didn’t fix the issue.
I’m still getting the same error: "No module named 'octane_utils'"

Hi there Michael - honestly I would have to have a look and see - I am not exactly sure how Juanjo developed it initially.
I will get back to you, but I think shape was generally meant for vectron and SDF.

Hi there,
Which specific passes should be connected to the albedo and normal inputs of the Open Image Denoise node? I assume it’s the Diffuse Filter for albedo and Smooth Normal for normal, but I’d like to clarify this to be sure.

I noticed the Apply Custom Curve node mentioned in the Octane standalone documentation, but I can’t seem to find it in the plugin.

Just test it. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I pasted the code and clicked the 'compile and build GUI' button, but nothing happened.
I tried reloading Houdini, but that didn't help.

Hey everyone!
I’m experimenting with connecting different OSL scripts to the OSL camera from the Vectron Tools, but the ‘Compile and Build GUI’ button doesn’t seem to work. I also tried copying the code directly into the ‘OSL Code’ input, but no luck there either.
