Got the same problem, allready in previous 3.08.5 versions.
You have to open the OctaneCameraexp.res in the Cinema4DR15/plugins/c4doctane/res/description folder with an texteditor (I am using Notepad ++) and delete all "SCALE_V;" or "SCALE_H;" entries ...
