I just upgrade to OSX Lion 10.7.3 yesterday and everything seems to be working flawlessly . I'm running Octane V2.57 and a Quadro 4000 for Mac with latest GPU driver build 7.18.11 270.05.20f02 and CUDA driver version 4.1.29. My machine is the latest MAC Pro (mid 2010).
