Posting this in here because I can't create a new topic in the C4D help sub forum for some reason (admins any ideas why most posting privileges are so limited?)

I'm trying to make a material for some buttons on a hardware midi controller model.

Heard back from support, apparently I had to cancel my subscription to Octane VR and C4D plugin as they're no longer separate items.

I've now resubscribed to the 'combo' which is one $20 per month payment.

I can't log in via C4D either.

I checked my account and it says the plugin is active but says it not active in C4D (I'm definitely signed in as the right person in C4D).

I've emailed support but no reply yet.

Any ideas?
