disabled windows firewall, now get the error below when loading octane in unity. also when running the installer install_t1.exe, fails installing, "no compatible unity installation were found, 2017.3.0.63597

so i'm thinking this version is not compatible with the latest build of unity ...

Thank you for your response. It seems both errors have the same underlying cause of not being able to connect to our server.
Would it be possible for you to temporarily turn off your firewall? Specifically windows defender realtime protection? And check if that fixes the issue.
