I disabled one of GPUS connected to the monitor and It works fine.

Thank you for your respond.
The reason, I download it"Cuda toolkit" thought It might help it.
I already updated GPUs directly from Nvidia's website.
And the SLI mode is disabled.
In the c4d device preferences, I also made one of gpus only dedicated for monitor connection.

I have recently built a PC specifically for using octane render.
I was so excited, but unfortunately It seems I wont be able to use it.
I tried octane standalone demo which is working perfectly but when I am using octanec4d whenever I am clicking on Material editor
it freezes and crashes as well ...
