Fixed the issue! For any of you wondering, it was a weird glitch with my emissions material being applied to an object with many subdivisions.

I'm doing a shot that is zoomed in to around 750 mm and when I go to render, strange horizontal lines appear. They disappear when I return to a more average focal length. Is there a way to fix this issue by adjusting some setting? I've attached a screenshot of my issue.

Disabling node previews seems to fix the issue. This also happens for all projects and that box is checked. So that fixes the issue, but is there a way to have this enabled and the issue resolved? If not, no problem.

I have a 4K external display which I use for the live viewer. However, when I make the live viewer full screen on here, it scales up the resolution it renders at to 4K as well. Is there any way to make the live viewer full screen on a 4K monitor, but still render at a lower resolution? Like 2K?
