I contacted the Otoy team via help request ticket and I have it all working now. Steps are as follow :

1) Go to your profile and access "View/Update Otoy Account"
2)Go to "Linked Accounts" > click on the Unity button below "Add Linked Accounts" and enter your Unity credentials when prompted to do ...

I don't have any OctaneLive Subscription. I only have Regular licenses, and nothing appears on my subscription page
