So when can we actually view this content? I have fun streaming my desktop to the GearVr, but it would nice to see a light field attached to my vive controller in a gearvr.

I came here to ask this same question. I'm using 3ds max and I don't see any options for lightfield rendering. Is there a way for us to do it or do we have to wait even longer?

I can't seem to get Octane to see anything from MAX. It would be nice to use MAX instead of blender. Not having the plug in is certainly a blocker on my end.
