i have my ami setup but i can't stream smoothly from a tablet, nexus 7 (2013 edition).

It is not the network because using my haswell pc w/o discrete graphic, the fps went up to 11-20, decoding takes the most time at ~70ms.

What is your tips on getting low/mid end pc or tablet get 60fps such ...
