The Area/Spot/Point lights should be in there already. The unity light system and the Octane light system do not match out of the box.
We try to automatically approximate unity lights in Octane For Unity. If you are not seeing the approriate results, you can tweak the settings.

I tried to install the exe on the top of the page with f3 installed and it says "No Compatible Unity installations were found". I have Unity installed on another drive so I assume it is that but I was wondering if there is f3 support.
