Has a nice firefly feel to it i like.

The surface of the track is way to shiny and the guides for the lanes are to high, bring down the shine and add some noise/texture to it to help it look like asphalt

The second image is massively improved, you should try and add either a bump or displacement to the tiles on the chairs, something subtle to just let the tiles pop a bit. Also could add some shine to them while keeping the grout dull, little things like that will help to really sell the image.

These are wonderful, my only gripe is about the sliding glass door, it looks like one of the panels is about to fall forward into the room and because of it my eye just keeps getting drawn to it in all the images that have it.
