I tried an arch white model scene creating the horizon with the gismo gh plugin.
When the camera distance is over about 5km the mesh faces become visible in the render.
After getting closer they disappear.
What is causing this?

Re: unreadable Cctane tab
Hi Paul
thanks a lot the UI looks good now.
But the material preview always shows a sphere, whatever you select for the thumbnail preview.

Re: unreadable Cctane tab
noIt looks like the right hand side of the slider is off the screen. If you expand the tab width, does it come into view?

what position type for ies light?
I read somewhere about to put the position type to "normal space" for ies lights.
In the rhino plugin I only can choose between "object space" and "world space". Which one corresponds to normal space?

Re: Revit to Octane
basicly you have two routes to get your geometry out of revit:
- fbx (=encapsulated obj) which carries also some basic uv stuff out of revit
- dwg (special format which translates materials into max)
if you don't have max, the dwg route would be much more work to apply all mats in a 3rd app.
