If Otoy knows how to distribute rendering on trillions of gpus surely it will implement its technology in Octane standalone.
Many rendering web services have failed.
I think that Refractive will release a pro version of its plugins for $999.

cloud is a buzzword in my eyes at the moment until the whole data safeness, proof of stability and thinks like this are granted. for octane, it would mean you need a new core that runs on cpu's and you would need a lot of them to replace only a few gpu's. i ...

i want to be in too.
user since some weeks and playing with octane actual, try to figure out whats possible with it. an integrated version will be a big step forward in terms of using it for some commercial projects.
