CUDA errors are generally related to Nvidia driver corrupt or unmatched, GPU overheating, and insufficient power supply.
Please try updating Windows 10/11 to the latest build available.
Then, uninstall the Nvidia drivers using the Nvidia uninstaller drivers tool

Please make sure to install the latest Nvidia "Studio driver" and not "game ready" or GeForce experience.
