Because, it's still in the release candidates forum, we haven't created installers yet and we wanted to to see first, which kind of issues are popping up.

Sorry Marcus, but in this case you dont want to touch all the licensed customers? All we bought a beta/prebeta software so i not surprised bacause the rc or beta release have bugs. I never get any messages from RS/OTOY about a new release. Im not a forumwarrior a notification mail is the minimum - imho - where the customer care starts.

Sorry about the off.

Don't worry, we will send out an email when we feel confident enough. Hopefully next week.

Ok. Seems like we have different understanding then. I personally think that geting pure white tone out of render engine is not post-production.
Using external apps to correct engine's white balance is a workaround and it doesn't even work for all cases.
You want to be physically correct, right ? You have camera parameters like F-Stop, ISO etc.. and then suddenly you call WB post-production? Every decent camera has a WB setting.
Every decent render engine has WB in our days. No need to make a "Lightroom" kind of software.

Thank you for this new release. The error in numerical values in transform node seems to be fixed.

 Still no Shadow Catcher and still no button to disable shadows casting in material node. I mean prevent a material from casting shadow : For cylindrical or spherical environment non blocking the light from daylight system or HDR environment.

These features are very basic in almost any render engine, and still not available. Any idea of when they will come ?

The Preview Configuration Tab is not always present. Sometimes it is necessary to research the node in the graph editor and open it to make it appear again.

This, and be able to turn material on/off (hide material) in the alpha would be indeed wonderful. The WB stuff, I dont really care about. I guess the majority of renders goes through PS/AE or something before released in the wild..

Thank you so much for the new release!

Do you plan to introduce a feature to displace/move image textures on objects and instances? And adding random displacement of an image texture to a scatter node would be so useful.

BTW - is it possible to displace/move an image texture over eg. 2 instances that are UV mapped?

Wouldn't be possible to display a permanent message saying that several textures were not loaded ?

Thanks
We will have a look at it.

Hi, I can't see anything about that request, have you had a look at it ?

Thanks
