Hello Guys,
i'm trying to work with anisotropic shader but i run into two problems:
first, the poly/topology of the mesh on smoothed surfaces always shows up (specially with strong anisotropic value) it's way more visible in blender.
Is there a way to clean this?
Second, i don't get the same result in anisotropic direction in blender and standalone (all materials are set up with GGX same value everywhere), is there a specific setup i should use in blender to make it work as the standalone?
Anisotropic
This is how Octane anisotropy works unfortunately. It brakes the surface smoothing.
As far as the differences between standalone alone are concerned did you use the same scene, materials, lighting etc. The best would be to export an orbx file in Blender and open it in standalone.
