I saw recently this video on youtube "OTOY demonstrates first ever light field capture for VR ":

I don't have any rendering experience, but the idea of making realistic 3D stills like this really intrigued me.
However, i've had a hard time finding/understanding exactly what is being displayed in this video.

Is this something that is possible to do right now with Octane Render and the correct camera rig?
