I couldn't find a way of contacting you other than this forum, we're a company already utilising our own remote rendering system, and we're extremely interested in switching to using the orbx.js backed amazon instances.

Can we embed the otoy client in our site, or use an iframe to link to it?

Yes. There a PDF referenced in the online docs that describes this technique, and how to communicate with the embedded iframe. The <iframe> communication API is still a WIP, but it currently does work as documented below:
