Guys, I really don't get why you can't sit down one month before BF and figure out a user friendly system. I have a paid Enterprise Sub (the highest availaible Sub last year) til 25.12.2020. Now you introduce a new Sub with great value but there is no easy way to just continue using the software, pay a little more and get the new stuff. I just tried to buy the RNDR+ Sub via credit card and first I got the error message that an ongoing paypal transaction prevented this. Now it tells me my card is declined. -.-
Why no simple button inside my subscription section which says "continue" and "upgrade with RNDR+"?!
The compensation of overlapping months with tokens is nice, but we don't use RNDR until its integrated in the c4d plugin. So its pretty useless and not very customer friendly.
I already wrote to the support and really hope to get the BF discount despite I probably can't pay today.
I just wanted to let you know how frustrating the whole system is and I really thought that Otoy changed things after last years huge disaster. So PLEASE let a small team of UX and UI designers work this stuff out.
