How to use these maps?

I am thinking the maps should be used in following ways, but really not sure. Please advise

Reflection maps=roughness?
Transparency = opacity?
Gloss map= specular?
Mask Map = ???

Reflection maps=roughness? An unbiased renderer would normally not need reflection maps (since the reflections will be picked up from the environment

Transparency = opacity? Yes

Gloss map= specular? Yes

Mask Map = ??? Unsure what this is. Might be the same as Transparency.

What 'Mask map" are you referring to?
Can you show printscreen of mask map or explain your question more?

You can use png with transparancy, but also just black and white,
for using as mask maps to apply something partially on texturing.
Like in this example I used B/W png as a mask to add glossyness to the shirt only :-)
(this was done with nodes in Standalone by the way... but I should be able to do that in the plugin as well)
