Here are some more tests playing with lights, it's incredible, the rendering time varies from 3min to 12min max !

A little test with light emitting globes placed inside larger glass ovals. Took a while to render with Nvidia Geforce GTX 260 as the original resolution was 5120 x 3200 px (2k samples/px).
