This is a game model, so everything is on a one texture. UV area corresponding to legs and arms
is cloned, so whatever changes you make in the arm/leg are gets applied to both on the model...
Problem I got is the left arm and leg look weird, kinda as if the bump/normal were inverted but
only in that area... See for yourself in the picture i attached. It doesnt matter wether its a normal
map, or B&W bump map... I got both. Its weird because the diffuse texture looks perfectly fine...

Any idea how to get around this?

I cannot see any reason why this is happening. To investigate, I would suggest turning on all the Render Passes, and check each one for clues.
