I'm having trouble cleaning these Hotpixel, it's not the first time, I don't know what combination of confessions can help...
Can anyone give a hint?

Also lower your GI clamps to 1000 or even lower to 10. Values below 10 tend to dim the image too much. Maybe giving the emitter material some more samples like 500 will solve the noise from light too. If nothing helps you can raise the caustic blur to 1 or set the hotpixel removal in camera settings value to 0.3
