Guys, what is the best app to add all my png animated sequence? (hope Octane will export in a common avi format one day) ; (

There is no best.
Depending on what you need to add in addition, it could be nuke, fusion, aftereffects, premiere or any other post app.

Actually I meant just to convert all the png into an avi or flv, I found avidemux should do the trick...for the rest probably aftereffect is what I like most..but I have a looooong way to go ; )
