Hi all, we are small design architecture studio from Central Europe... We need to know, if is any chance to use or if you think about OpenCL version, because we want integrate this renderer into out company system... But we are ATI users...If not, we must buy GTX 470 cards...

Octane is CUDA only. As of now, there's no way to tell if and when it will be ported to OpenCL.

If I would be buying now, I would go for the 5xx series. I recommend to buy a graphic card with 1.5 or more RAM.

How much system RAM you will need, will depend on how much geometry your typical scene has - Octane needs a good amount of system RAM during voxelization (but this will have less impact when instances support will be introduced - which should be 'soon').
EDIT: 4GB of system ram might be the very limit for professional work.

depending on the size of your scenes, i'd say most important is the graphics cards ram. theres a 580 with 3gb now i'd recommend. i wouldn't go less then 1.5 gb.
another important thing to consider is a dedicated display graphics card as octane uses the whole performance of your card when rendering. said card can be a cheaper one of course.

My scenes are usually smaller, wide variery of product design visualisations, sometime bigger archviz and interiors... GTX560 Ti must be ok, I have restricted financially source... :D

OK.....from another side....What s more important... Capacity of Mb or Speed of Shaders, Memorys, Core....?..or number of Stream processors..?..

more stream processors -> faster rendering
more VRAM -> more geometry, bigger resolution render & bigger textures you can load
more system RAM -> more geometry you can load (voxelize)

Other stuff is not really important for Octane.

If you plan to use multi GPU-s, then you better buy them with the same amount of VRAM - Octane will be able to use as much as the lowest amount of VRAM you have available (the scene must be loaded on all the GPU-s)

As colin said - you will probably want a dedicated card for display, because Octane uses all the available GPU power == GUI becomes unresponsive and laggy
