Octane X / C4D R23 on a Mac M1 issue

Hello everyone!

I've installed the demo of Octane to try it (specifically Octane X™ Prime for Cinema 4D / R23) on a Mac Mini M1.

And I've been experiencing several issues:

I can't the see the drop menu of Octane

The elements like OctaneLight or OctaneSky have that "?" sign and don't show the basic parameters.

The live render window goes all black.

Do you know why this is happening? I'm missing something?

HI,
it means that plugin is not correctly installed, or corrupted during unpacking.
Please remove the installed version, and download and install again c4doctaneX Prime PR11:
https://render.otoy.com/plugindownloads ... e-PR11.zip

Then please, go to c4d menu Extensions/Console, (Shift+F10), and share a complete screenshot of the panel, thanks.

Please, also share a screenshot like this one, that shows both the c4doctane directory opened, and the entire installation path, thanks:

Thanks for the answer, I'll do what you suggest but, I can only install it in the R21 version?

I can't download that version of C4D because of my student licence

Yes you can, but sorry, I don't get

I have linked you the latest free Prime PR11 version of c4doctaneX plugin, that can be installed from R20 to S24, R21 included, and as you can see, my screenshot is from R21.

I need to see what you have installed exactly, please, go to c4d menu Script or Extensions/Console, (Shift+F10), and share a complete screenshot of the panel, and a screenshot from the installation path in the Finder, thanks.
