Hi, as the title says, I would like to know when is the deadline for uploading the image for the last submission. Is it July 31st?

wasn't it 26th? check this out for more info

"3rd Entry Period: June 27th through July 26th"

so if You're in Japan (as far as I remember),
there will be 27th (see exact time zones =)
