What not to do:
Reinstall Windows, update motherboard Bios, update CPU drivers, return the video card under warranty - it's 1000% working! it's all about the drivers.Don't use left power cables for the video card
What you need to do:
Find out the exact revision of your video card, my 4090 TUF has as many as 4 different revisions and find the latest BIOS for the one you need, then if you have monitors with HDMI support just switch to them it will solve all problems, if you want to use DP then buy a plug for HDMI port for example (HDMI to VGA) and do not pull it out ever! Any crooked drivers will cease to be scary.
THANK YOU!
Here see what revisions of video cards , each name affects the bios, they are all different
