Open directly to node editor when editing material

Is there an option to open straight to the node editor when clicking on a material, rather than first opening the old c4d material editor? It's a small thing but when editing a bunch of materials, it can be somewhat tedious.

Hi,
you could personalize your C4D Layout by adding the Octane Node Editor command, so you just need a click on it to show the selected material in Octane Node Editor :

I like having the Octane Node Editor at the top of the contextual menu when right-clicking on a material in the Material Manager. In the Menu Manager it's called M_MATERIAL_POPUP1. This makes for quick access to the Octane Node Editor for the specific material clicked on.

Oh I didn't realize you could edit the right-click contextual menus in that way. That's a pretty good workaround, thank you!

Also "auto load materials" is a good option to work faster, just a note for peeps who don't know it.
