hi all
I'm getting an incompatibility error between OctaneVR and my GPU. Even though I updated the latest driver and tried reconfiguring the software, the rendering problem still did not improve. Has anyone encountered this error and is there any solution to fix it?

as far as I know, OctaneVR was an old subscription version no more available from several years, so it is difficult to make it works with recent hardware.

Now there is only one license type called Studio+, and has no limitations like the olds enterprise license, including Standalone and all available DCC plugins, but also includes ten render node licenses for Network rendering. It also includes bundled software such as Cascadeur, World Creator, Architron, Mol 3D, and UX3D gITF Scene Toolkit, and RNDR service, for 238,88€/year, or 23,95€/month.

Can you check if the OctaneVR version is compatible with the GPU driver?

which plugin are you using exactly?

OctaneRender is also available in Free Prime version for Blender, DAZ, Unity, and Unreal Engine:
https://render.otoy.com/shop/prime.php? Free Prime Tier versions are limited to max 1x GPU, without LiveDB and Network Rendering features.
Apart from that, Free Prime versions are identical to commercial versions.
