Hi guys,

I have a Blender scene with 8 lightweight (1 second burst) VDB sequences.

When I export to Standalone (to prep for RNDR), they don't appear, and I have to remap them all - the object layers(?) are there, but with no sequence inside.

It's a pain to remap every time I want to do a a test render.

Any ideas?

I've figured it out - not sure if it's a bug or not.

If I duplicate the VDB Object (I have done 8 times), and then make the data-blocks single user (because I want to start the sequences at different times, so have to do that), it won't import to Standalone.

I guess the fact that you can remap the VDB sequences in Standalone means it is a bug (?)

Solved - it isn't what I thought it was...

You have to change the 'Sequence playback mode' to 'Extend' (I had it on 'Clip'), so that it registers from frame 1 (if you are delaying the frame start point).

It was working correctly here with one VDB. Thanks for your insight!
