I have been using the same computer/c4d setup for 2-3 years now with no issue but lately I have had projects crash on me when I use Octane scatter in the scene and attempt to render. After c4d freezes or crashes and I try to open the file again I get the "incorrect file structure" prompt. Sometimes the scenes are very simple and there are no complex high-poly structures. The scattering is low as well.

I have attached my most recent crash report if anyone can help me understand why my files keep crashing I would appreciate it.
