I created a camera_edit node and enabled "enable Denoising". But the image is still rendered without a denoizer. Why?

You have to put down an Octane AOV node and turn on denoise beauty pass. Then you can switch to the denoised pass in the viewport (there is a small button on the right) or find your pass in the rendered exr.
