If I assign colors to mograph particles in c4d 2024.4.0, the colors are ignored by octane. Regular cloner with color randomiser works.

octane 2023.1.2 R6
geforce 4090
driver 551.86
win 11

You are using new particle tools. It's not yet implemented, not sure why do you post as a bug it!?

Hi,
if you set the MoGraph Cloners to render Instance, and use the Octane Instance Color node, instead of the C4D Color Shader, it seems to work as expected:

I found something that doesn't work, so I posted it. I don't have your internal development map in front of me, for all I knew you've had access to the c4d particles beta for months and may have already implemented support for it.

Thankyou xx, this will let us start experimenting with particles until the official support is released.
