After DDU used and GRD 546.33WHQL driver reinstalled (not then updated), I've installed Blender Octane Edition v28.7 stable and I get 3rd GPU failed with same CUDA code error on today:
-714737 spp of 1M spp with region picked during 1 hour and 54 minutes of total with average 55~56MS/s but can not complete 1st lap of 1M spp.
But I don't reinstall Windows 10 yet.

But... running "clean" Win 11 22H2 with GFX *Studio* v546.33 driver, I'm testing to be rendering and... I can get 4 laps of 1M spp ( = 4M spp) without any problems...

I tested... and I can complete well yesterday 11 laps of 1M spp during total bit more than 30 hours at 55~56MS/s running Win11. I discovered the cause very probabled of GPU failed is RTX VSR (Video Super Resolution) enabled with max quality as 4 under NVCP on Win10 and I've disabled RTX VSR. But I've began to be testing on today to use OR v28.7 plugin for Blender running Win10...

After 12laps of 1M-spp (= 12M-spp) completed, I ended the test with no any issues.

ATTENTION: After RTX VSR, same CUDA error may be caused by new RTX Video HDR. Under NVCP (NVIDIA Control Panel), you should stay RTX Video HDR disabled by default or disable RTX Video HDR.

-> GPU fails at 4th time at 150k-spp to go to 10 laps of 1M spp of 2nd region picked running Win10 x64 22H2.

The cause is: likely png passes failed. - False but yes unknown and I've deleted screenshot. I'm sorry.
