Is Octane HELP Licensing department working ??

Hi,
i wonder does Octane HELP/Ticket system works ?
I have 2 open cases (for licensing/upgrade questions) and one is 5 days and other 3 days open/without reply ?
Can someone form OTOY please contact me/answer those ticket numbers.
I need to work, and my 3 licences are soon to expire... I have some questions how to upgrade.

Hi Lewis,
ok, I have merged the two tickets, and assigned to the requested agent.
We are stil under heavy traffic at Support, due to past Black Friday offer, sorry

Hey Beppe, sorry to bother you again, but still nothing ? No Kevin nor anyone from Support has answered my ticket(s)

7 days by now, that really is not good support, sorry.
Yet i got automatic e-mail info that my licences are soon to expire (heck yeah, that's why I'm contacting support in the first place)

Sorry, I have bumped your request, and will be solved asap!
We still have a lot of tickets to do, but we have started to see the light at the end of the tunnel...we should be back to normality in a week
