Takes trigger incorrect render kernal

The attached project has 2 takes and 2 render settings. One take uses normal render settings (direct lighting kernal) and the other take uses some render settings with a kernel overwrite set to "info channels: Material ID"

When I select a take and press the usual "render to picture viewer" button, I get the correct lit render and material ID passes.

When I run the command "render marked takes to picture viewer", Instead I only get the material ID pass twice, the standard direct lighting kernel render is missing.

There is a workaround for anyone else that has this issue. Enable "overwrite kernel" for all render settings.
