licence problem - urgent

Hi,

I usually launch rendering during the night. Since 2 days, I wake up in the morning to see the infamous "OCTANE DESACTIVATED" windows.......
I try to reactivate it....when it works, it say that my licence is expired (which is not true). I have to restart the software and it finally works....but I lose a lot of precious rendering time !

What is the problem ?!? (I have no internet problem or connection cut)
