Ive been having octane and rhino crash a fair bit lately.

ive loaded the latest update but still getting a variety of messages as below.
This comes up and i cant even open a file i was working on in the previous version an hour ago.

Sometimes it crashes without any messages.

Any help would be awesome.

Hi Tim

Can you tell me exactly which version of the plugin you have installed please?

Do you have the OctaneRender panel enabled as a tab in the Rhino Options panel?

If there is a scene which will not open for you, can you please send it to me?

octane and rhino version info below. Ill send you the files now.

Sometimes they crash when trying to render but they can also just shut down when I try to open.

I tried to send as a private message. They are about 7000kb and 8000kb. Should that go through OK?

UPDATE. Looks like it hasnt worked.

looks like they have gone through ok as zipped files.

Those scenes load and render fine for me.

Can you please time:

1) Update your Nvidia drivers
2) Delete the plugin CONFIG.XML file
3) Check your GPU temperatures

ill upload the new drivers. I dont think GPU temps will be an issues. Its a new rtx 3060 and it hardly makes a noise and it was rendering fine with the previous release.

tried again this morning.

loads but wont render without this warning
