I was one of your members, and I was told “Your customer account does not have permission to download this file”.I've sent 7 emails so far, but I haven't received any reply.the service experience sucks for your company.If I still don't receive any reply, I will stop buying your software.

Hi,
we had too much traffic due to past Black Friday week, so sending multiple emails doesn't help, but only gives more issues.

I'll send you a PM.
