Camera visibility toggle broken on geometry lights

Hi. The camera visibility toggle on octane geometry lights, created via the octane panel, is broken and the lights always render directly in camera.

I can't always reproduce either, but I am attaching a scene with the problem. Maya 2022. Latest octane build.

OK, I've figured out how to reproduce. Toggling the lights off and on a few times breaks the visibility settings. See attached.

Thank you so much for the file.
Would you please disconnect the Emitter material{octaneDiffuseMaterial1) and use the parameter from Simplified emiter mat. setup rollout while we are debugging?
