[23.3] Can't connect to the Octane server proc

23.3 server doesn't respond after starting rendering a scene.
Is that only for me?
Octane server(PID:15300) listen to connection on 0.0.0.0:5130, 5131.
Blender shows an error 'Render-server at address 127.0.0.1 is not activated' on the top of render window.
It may be windows update's failure, I don't know.
Windows 10 Home 20H2 build 19042.867

I just went through hell yesterday, for the second time because of a Windows update.
In my case, the error "another instance is currently performing authentication tasks" .
un and re-installs did not help
restarts did not help
I only got to the password request page after all of this. Then the password did not work.
Then resetting the password was not possible.

I found a workaround; Use 'Run as administrator' to start OctaneServerStudio, then I got an image from renderer on blender.
(TRY THIS YOUR OWN RISKS BECAUSE THIS MAY HAVE A SECURITY RISK)

I downloaded Blender 2.92 did a clean install etc
Then
Blender Octane Edition - 23.3 (2.92)
Octane Server - Enterprise Edition - 23.3
The server launches and is activated but no octane render add-on in blender.
Run as admin etc. uninstalled and reinstalled clean etc. Restarted etc.
Still no add-on
Any ideas?

With no Octane in the Addons - just a wild idea here: any chance regular Blender is launching from your shortcut?

Tried launching from the program folder... same thing though :>((
