Camera Motion Blur On Tracking Object - Shouldn't Happen

Hi All,
I have a simple scene where I set my camera and 3 spheres as a child of a null. I moved that null, and subsequently the spheres and cameras at the same rate. I also have a hair material that I want the camera's motion to blur.
However the camera's motion is blurring the spheres even if I give the spheres an octane tag that disables motion blur, or remove their tag completely. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? The spheres shouldn't have any motion blur since they are relatively motionless to the camera.
I've attached the file below, and note that the octane tag for the hair is not set to render as hair because that introduced some clipping but that's not the main issue here.
Thank you!
Octane version 2020.1

did you assign object tag to objects and activate mblur(transform type enough) from there?

Would help if you could post your scene.

Sorry didn't notice my upload failed (had to zip it since .c4d isn't allowed) it's in my original post.
I've tried adding the tags and removing them in all kinds of orders. Like I said I also removed Octane object tags because I do
not want camera motion blur on the spheres but I
do want camera motion blur on the hair.
If I'm not explaining it well: a shot like this where an object the same speed as the camera shouldn't get blurred by the cameras motion blur but the background does:

Thanks! My friend noticing the same problem made a more simple file attached here.

Hi
I can't see any problems, there's a wrong impression how It works. You should activate motion blur for spheres too. Then plugin will export keyframes for spheres when you do this, and relative movement will be zero. Otherwise it thinks spheres are static and gives blurred effect. See image

Here is a quick rendering of the shot, given the setting Ahmet recommended.

Interesting- with those settings the final render does appear correct but scrubbing the timeline and looking at the Live Viewer the motion blur is still incorrect. Thanks for the support on this everyone.

scrubbing can give correct or nearest look if you do it frame-by-frame. Also restarting the render on LV that will give correct look. Probably you didn't read motion blur section notes from c4d manual. Wrong results happen if you randomly jump between frames because it works like caching the frames
