Please help!
imported alembic animated spline to c4d, dropped Octane Object tag - and I see that "Hair" tab is missing.
If i hit "C" to convert alembic spline to a static spline, "Hair" tab appears and renders fine.
Does it mean you can't render animated splines as hair in Octane / C4D?

It doesn't recognize as spline, that's the reason why the hair tab invisible.

Ok, so are you saying it's impossible to render alembic splines in C4D / Octane?

I'm saying it doesn't recognize it. Impossible is different meaning for me!
You can do some work-around, also if I try to simply add this option to tag it's rendering. Tested!
Now you can try to import as hair and render.

Guys, here's a test, when i have several splines in one abc, Cinema DOES NOT import it as hair
If i only have one of the splines, it DOES.
What would you recommend as a workaround?
