ViewLayers rendering produces wrong z-detph value

I put 3 cubes on its view layers for using blender's composite node.
But all 'OctZDepth' channels are corrupted has no consistency.

This is reproduced on 2020.1 RC5 (v21.5) for me

I guess that buffer's background of second view layer and after do not be cleared/reset with correct value.

This will be fixed in the next build (didn't make it into the first "stable" version).
